New applications must be approved by a minimum of two staff, one of which must be an admin, even express apps.

How to approve a character

1. Make sure the player has a new character token ( ACP > Extensions tab > Advanced Shop System >Inventory > User's Inventory) or 3k points across their accounts. You will need to remove these accordingly.
2. Via the ACP, place the character into the "Characters" group and make that their default group.
3. Via the MCP (accessible from the index top bar), assign any appropriate flair/awards. If the character has purchased a title, make sure the award is given for that.
4. When you download the roster image, name the file Firstname Lastname.
5. Add the character's post to the roster - roster/
6. If the character is a canon, unpublish the canon post but do not delete it. If the character is a wanted, move the wanted post to trash.
7. Add the character to the active FC list, and if they were a hold, remove them from the holds list.

9. Add the character's tag to the whitelist via the ACP - ACP > Extensions > RH Topic Tags on sidebar > Whitelist
10. Add the character to the AC spreadsheet and Token Usage sheet in docs.
11. Using the provided roster photo, post the new character in #new-characters. Subject should be "Character Name | Age - Pronouns - Occupation." In the body:

12. Close the ticket with reason "Approved."
