One is sent into the Thames, the other into nearby buildings. Three people are killed, including a man on the ground who attempted to catch a tether and was flung across the gardens.
We suspect none of you are looking to kill your characters, but you have two options: Give your characters a fun time riding the balloons earlier in the exhibition, or give them trauma by witnessing the disaster!

A hot air balloon exhibition will be taking place at Vauxhall Gardens, complete with three balloons the public may pay a penny to take a ride in!
