Renowned playwright and composer, Rafael de la Cruz is an orphan who has reached up to change his stars. Those stars have long since began to dim though; the zeitgeist of his most famous opera has long since faded, and for the past several years he has been relegated to writing stage plays for small venues. Only recently has the passion of creation seized him once more, and he has turned himself to his work with a fervor bordering on madness.

Though his personal life is somewhat questionable due to an illegitimate child and the curious rumour that it’s mother had been of Islamic origin, England hopes to adopt him as their own.
