One day a man shows up and redecorates an abandoned Limehouse boarding house with the corpses of the Irish gang members who used it as a headquarters. He then sat himself on their throne as the new leader of Greenstreet, mystery surrounding his origins and his intentions. His first decree was that the throne was too small; and he set his sights on the entirety of London.
